Latch Polymagnets repel until they are pushed toward each other to a defined distance, at which point they attract and latch closed.
Latch Polymagnets are produced in matched pairs and will repel each other at a distance beyond their defined attachment distance. When they are closer than their defined attachment distance, they will attract and attach together.
Latch Polymagnets must be constrained and centered with respect to each other to perform properly.
